

Born on April 25, 1946, in Atlanta, Georgia, Carol was a proud Georgia native and the beloved daughter of the late Henry Sherman and Rosa Lee Sargent Sherman. She carried with her the warmth, strength, and gracious spirit that defined her Southern roots throughout her life.
Carol made her home in Marietta, where she was known for her kind heart, gentle nature, and deep love for family and friends. She touched the lives of many with her compassion, wisdom, and unwavering devotion to those she loved. Whether through quiet acts of kindness, heartfelt conversations, or simply being present for others, Carol left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
She will be remembered for her enduring faith, her love of family gatherings, and the joy she found in life’s simple moments. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her dearly.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Sherman and Rosa Lee Sargent Sherman.
She leaves behind a loving family and many cherished friends who will miss her deeply and remember her always.
A celebration of Carol’s life will be held at a later date.
