Graveside service will be conducted on Saturday December 27, 2014 in Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Troy Fripp officiating. Mrs. Howell is survived by her husband; Charles A. Howell. Son; Terry Howell, daughter Connie Messer and her husband Hoyt. Sister; Sarah Stincomb.
