So sorry to hear this.  I first met Debbie in 1988 when she worked on the Open Heart Team at Piedmont Hospital.   Then we reconnected at PHC in 2012.  She was such a hard worker.  We shared many "Healthcare War Stories" and laughed along the way.

I worked with her in the Piedmont Atlanta operating room. She was a excellent nurse who was pleasant to work with.  Any encounter I was always happy to encounter her after she left the OR.

I know she will be greatly missed.

I was so sorry to hear the news of Debbie’s passing today.  We were nurses together on the Piedmont Open Heart Surgical Team back in the early 1990’s. She  hired me and was my first Piedmont CVOR boss. Smart lady who loved her boys and shared her passion of being an Open Heart Nurse with me. My deepest condolences to her family and all who loved her.

I worked with Debbie for many years at Piedmont.  She was a wonderful person and a true professional with the ethics needed all of the time.    And oh, the Italian creme cakes and chocolate chip cookies.    I loved her as a co-worker and friend.

So sad to hear about our dear friend Debbie, I started working with Debbie in 1988 on the open heart team at piedmont and then joined up with her again in 2012 when she hired me on her revenue integrity team. She had a deeply loving soul and will be truly missed!!
