Mrs. Dorothy L. Zink, 72, of Smyrna, Georgia, died, Tuesday, July, 23, 2013. Dorothy was born in Dawsonville, Georgia. Dorothy was a longtime employee of Waffle House & Property Manager of Lakeside & Plantation Estate communities of Lithia Springs. She developed many friends and extended family through her hard work, with these careers.
A family driven woman, Dorothy is survived by three daughters & sons-in-law; Dena & Steve Dews, Rebecca & Roger Henry, and Mary & Carl Jacobs. In addition, her three sisters; Bessie Brock, Brenda Cumming, and Nell Croy. Five grandchildren & six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Dennis Ricky Dobbs.
Funeral services celebrating her life will be held at 2:00 o’clock, Friday, July 26, 2013, in the Chapel of Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home & Cemetery, 2000 Cobb Parkway, Marietta, Ga, 30060. Interment will be on the grounds of Georgia Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 o’clock, Thursday, July 25th, 2013, at Georgia Memorial Park.
