Hazel 'Ruth' Bracy Jameson went in peace to join her Heavenly Father on April 10th, 2013. She was born June 27th, 1931, in Franklin, Tn. She played roller derby during her teenage years, then developed a love for bowling, which she instructed for many years and continued league bowling until into her 70's. She was self-employed in child-care which she did and loved for several years. She is preceded in death by her parents, Grady and Lilly Hutchinson, sister,Marjorie Lane and husband of 28 years, George Bracy. She is survived by husband Edward Jameson, Rydal, Ga.; sons Barry Bracy, Marietta, Ga., and Kenneth (Debbie) Watkins , Powder Springs, Ga.; daughter, Vonda (Jim) Novak, Clarksville, Tn.; stepsons, Chip Jameson, Rydal, Ga. and Chris (Dana) Jameson and eight grand-children. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice, American Alzheimers Association or an organization of your choice. The family would like to extend a very special thanks to the awesome staff at the Brian Center in Austell for the compassion and excellent care she received during her 7 years as a resident, and to Gentiva Hospice Care.
