Juan Soto Reyes Jr.

He was born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on November 26, 1947. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and worked most of his life as a Electronic Calibration Technician. He retired from Applied Technical Services, LLC in Marietta, GA and moved to San Christobal De Las Casas in Mexico to live out his retirement.

Juanito loved traveling, Salsa music, playing the bongó, any kind of pork, good company & an ice cold beer. We will miss his wonderful smile.

Mr. Reyes was preceded in death by his father, Juan Soto Figueroa; mother, Petra Reyes Cordova; brothers, Richard Soto Reyes and Antonio Soto Reyes; and his wife, Vivian Garcia Flores Araceli.

Survived by his son, Manuel Gerullis and granddaughter, Lea of Wiesbaden, Germany; daughter, Nayda Soto Reyes, and son-in-law, Daniel Williams of Marietta, Lorna Cruz and two grandchildren, and ex-wife, Wanda Burgoon; sister-in-law, Teresa Arzon Reyes Mendez, wife of Richard Soto Reyes, and children; sister-in-law, Antonia Colon Gamacho Reyes, wife of brother Antonio Soto Reyes, and children; dear friend, Luis Corchado and friend Chelin with wife Esmeralda, and children of San Christobal De Las Casas, Mexico; many more family and friends in Puerto Rico, Germany and the US, as well as friends around the world.

Juanito will be cremated on Saturday, June 1st, 2024 at 8:30am in Kennesaw, GA with Nayda and Daniel in attendance. His ashes will be scattered in Puerto Rico according to his wishes later this year. Please post any locations in Puerto Rico you have fond memories of him, so his ashes can be scattered there as well.
