

Mrs. Karin K. Reidelberger, age 68 of Marietta, GA passed away Thursday, August 16, 2012. Born in Metz, France, Karin grew up in Koblenz, Germany and moved to the United States in 1963 with her husband. Karin was strong-willed, wise, and very involved with her grandchildren and extremely close to her great-grandson. Karin was a giver – even to strangers. She enjoyed being a member of a German singing group, the water aerobics group called “Ladies of the Water”, the WHO group at St. Ann’s Catholic Church and a local garden club. She was always willing to give advice and wanted the best for everyone. She did everything she could to help others succeed in life. Karin was preceded in death by her husband, Paul James Reidelberger and parents, Paula Schiller and Heinz Schiller. She is survived by her daughter, Diana Cochran and son-in-law, Tommy Cochran; grandchildren, Amanda, Alicia and Ryan Cochran and great-grandchild, Cayden. A funeral mass will be held Tuesday, August 21st at 2 pm at the Catholic Church of St. Ann with a reception to follow at the church. Burial will follow at Cheatham Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 6 until 8:30 pm with a prayer service at 8 pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Caring For Carcinoid Foundation.
