Michael Joseph McEvoy

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Pat McEvoy, and his sister Monica.

He studied at the University of Georgia and graduated from Kennesaw University with a degree in psychology. He was thankful for his career at Rolling Hills.

Michael loved UGA football, the Atlanta Braves, and the Atlanta Falcons. He loved his friends and family and had a heart bigger than Sanford Stadium. He is survived by his sister, Mary McEvoy Beischer (Dave), his brother, Jim McEvoy (Carol), their sons James and Jude, his sister, Bernadette McEvoy and her daughter Annie, his sister Sarah (Rob) and their sons, Connor and Avery.

He is also survived by his fiancé, Holley Woodard, her daughter Mary Whitfield (Chase), their sons Cooper and Cash, her daughter Molly Woodard, and her daughter Morgan Caswell (Roy). He is also survived by Larry and Mazie Collin, as well as numerous cousins and aunts. He was very loved and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

A celebration of his life will be held at HM Patterson and Son Canton Hill at 1157 Old Canton Road, Marietta 30068 at 2 pm on Friday, January 6th. A reception will follow.
