

Richard Bradford (Brad) Burklow, age 44, of Marietta, died suddenly from a heart attack on Tuesday, January 27, 2015. Brad was born November 6, 1970 in Montgomery, Alabama. He was a graduate of Walton High School. Brad earned an undergraduate degree from Furman University and achieved his master's in International Business from Pepperdine University. Brad had a successful 16 year career in healthcare with Olympus Medical.
Brad enjoyed traveling the world both at the personal and professional level. He was in the process of joining his father’s pharmaceutical business in Marietta. Last October, he was able to travel to Paris with his father.
Brad is survived by his parents, Ed and Dean Burklow of Marietta, his loving brother Tyler and wife, Jessica of St. Louis, Missouri. He leaves behind his nieces and nephews: Grace, Tatum, Emmie and Rhett, who were the light of his life. Brad was predeceased by his infant sister Amber, his paternal grandparents, Paul and Neva Tatum Burklow and maternal grandparents, James and Suzanne Miller.
Arrangements are by H.M. Pattersonand Son Funeral Home, 1157 Old Canton Road, Marietta Ga.
The family will receive friends on Monday, February 2nd from 6-8 PM. The Celebration of Life Service will be on Tuesday, February 3rd at 11:00 AM. Private family interment will follow.
