Ruth E. Carte, age 91, of Sandy Springs, Georgia passed away on Saturday, April 21, 2018. She was born in 1926 to Bertha Dickson and Harold Curtis. She graduated from St. Francis/ Ohio Valley Hospital College with a B.S. in Nursing. She retired as a Registered Nurse from the State of Georgia. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening, music, and helping others. Ruth was dearly loved by her children, Lin Carte Anderson (deceased), Robert J. Carte, Jr (deceased), and Cindi Carte McCollough; two grandchildren; and a sister, Jane Lynn Curtis Dartez; and a nephew, Micah Dartez.
The family invites you to a Memorial Service on Monday, April 30, 2018 at 1:00 pm at the Sandy Springs Christian Church, 301 Johnson Ferry Road, Sandy Springs, Georgia, 30328. A reception will follow the service.
