Mrs. Sara Nell Collett, 90, passed away, April 15th, 2019, at her home in Calhoun, Georgia. She was born on August 19th, 1928. On May 11th, 1949, she married the love of her life, William “Bill” Collett. Bill preceded her in death on February 3rd, 2019. She spent her life as a devoted Wife, raising her family, being a fantastic & nurturing Mother! She was always supportive of her children activities; Scouting, Band, Dance, and many more. The amount of love and care she provided to her family, can never be accurately described. Mrs. Collett is survived by, her son, Billy Collett; daughter and son-in-law, Becky & David Dickerson; son and daughter-in-law, Bobby & Lori Collett; 9 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services to honor and celebrate our Mother, will be held at 2:00 o’clock, Friday, April 19th, 2019, in the Chapel of Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 2000 Cobb Parkway S.E., Marietta, Georgia, 30060. The family will receive friends, one hour prior to the service. Following the service, Mrs. Collett will be laid to rest, on the grounds of Georgia Memorial Park. Funeral Services will be led by, the Reverend Jimmy Childress. Mr. James Williams will sing during the service, several Gospel songs to celebrate.
