Cecil Ray Morgan

He was born March 14, 1935 in McDowell County, NC to the late Myra Gragg. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Marion.

Surviving Mr. Morgan is his wife Frances Morgan of the home, three children; Tony Morgan, wife, Debra, of Marion, Herb Morgan, of Marion, and Kristy Morgan, husband Joey Gardner of Marion, two brothers; Johnny Gragg, wife Sherry, of Rutherfordton, Paul Gragg, of Lincolnton; two sisters; Jean Taylor, husband Bill, of Rutherfordton and Marcia Lou Jamison, husband Carl, of Charlotte, six Grandchildren; Herb Morgan, Jr., wife Jessica, Eric Morgan, wife Pam, Karessa Morgan, and Angela Walker, husband Joe Walker, and 8 Great-Grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, September 30, 2011 at Bethel Baptist Church in Marion. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.
