Hannah Inez McClure

Mrs. McClure was born in McDowell County to the late James R. Gray and Virginia Beatrice Hogue Gray. She spent her life as a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Carl H. McClure, and one daughter, Adrienne McClure.

Mrs. McClure is survived by two daughters, Karleene Cowles of Marion and Robin Orton and husband Alan of Old Fort; three grandchildren, Mylinda Drury and husband Nicky, Richard Cowles and wife Leslie, and Jason Litzenberger and wife Ashley; and seven great-grandchildren, Savannah Zebold, Ashton Drury, Andrew Cowles, Lucas Litzenberger, Nicky (Indy) Drury, Levi Drury, and Aaron Cowles.

The family will be receiving friends on Friday, January 4, 2018 from 1 to 2:00 pm at Kirksey Funeral Home in Marion.

Funeral services will follow at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Kirksey Funeral Home with Pastor Terry Roach officiating. Burial will be in McDowell Memorial Park.

Serving as pallbearers will be Alan Orton, Nicky Drury, Richard Cowles, Jason Litzenberger, Lucas Litzenberger, Nicky (Indy) Drury, Levi Drury and Aaron Cowles.
