He was born August 24, 1963 in Yancey County, NC to the late D.C. Carroll and Shelby Jean Burnette Carroll. Mr. Carroll enjoyed muscle cars and even owned a replica of the “General Lee” on “Duke’s of Hazzard.”
Surviving Mr. Carroll are one son, Josh Carroll; one daughter, Lori Carroll of Marion; two sisters, Jean Burleson and her husband, Ronald, a beloved brother-in-law and friend, of Nebo and Diane Honeycutt of Marion; and his step-mother, Jean Carroll of Marion.
A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, October 24, 2016 at Harmony Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Preacher Phillip Wishon officiating.
