

He was born April 14, 1941 in Greensburg, PA to the late Robert A. Yarnell and Edith Ottenberg Yarnell. Mr. Yarnell served in the US Navy for 4 years on the USS Enterprise as a Radio Operator during the Cuban Crisis. He was a Mason and was also a member of Bills Creek Baptist Church where he served as a Trustee.
Surviving are his wife, Annette Belchick Yarnell; three daughters, Crystal Lallement (late husband, Jay), Daneen Kunz(Timothy) and Kerri Yarnell; two brothers, Richard Yarnell (Victoria) and David Yarnell (Marilyn); two sisters, Leah Yanak (Stephen) and Marilyn Schoedel (Richard); and seven grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Bill’s Creek Baptist Church on Bill’s Creek Rd. in Lake Lure, NC with Pastor Terrell Dillingham officiating.
