We celebrate the life of a woman whose faith guided every step she took. She walked closely with God, living as an example of grace, strength, and unwavering devotion. Many who knew her leaned on her in prayer, confident in the strength of her faithful and close relationship with God.
She was a devoted wife, loving mother, proud grandmother, cherished great-grandmother, and caring friend. Each child, grandchild, great-grandchild, and friend held a special place in her heart, and she poured her love into them in countless meaningful ways. Whether it was praying together, creating together, or just being together, she always found a way to make you feel at home with her.
She brought beauty and joy to the world through her many talents. She was a gifted artist and member of the Marlin Art League and just as skilled in the garden. In the kitchen, she was a fabulous cook, known for her innate ability to take a random assortment from the pantry and make it taste gourmet. She was a member of SPJST and Parish Council of Catholic Women. Marie taught catechism and was chairman of the Clerical Endowment for 17 years.
Her life was a testament to love, faith, and service. She will be deeply missed, but her legacy lives on in the family she cherished, the beauty she created, and her devotion to her faith.
