Mr. Bernice Gosnell passed away on Monday, February 4, 2013 at the age of 87, surrounded by friends and family. He was the beloved husband of the late Arithe Gosnell. Father of Patsy Quiles, Darrel Gosnell, and Paula Boyer, as well as the late Phyllis Goodwin and Pam Huffman. He is also survived by a sister, Mildred Russell, 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, 2 canine companions, Tippy and Big Daddy, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held in the parlor of Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA, on Saturday, February 9, 2013 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Interment will be in Mennonite Cemetery in Des Allemands. Express condolences at www.westsideleitzeagan.com.
