Calvin "Foe" Thomas Foret

Calvin “Foe” Thomas Foret entered peacefully into heaven Monday, October 24, 2016, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his devoted wife, Rosie Lemoine Foret of 46 years. A loving father of Duane Foret (Toni). A proud grandfather of Keegan Guillot, Marcello and Myaro Miller, Shelby Lemoine, Shelley Miller (Myaro) and Karen Guillot. Son of the late Rose Fitch Foret and Louis Foret. Brother of Joseph Foret (Marie) and preceded in death by Margaret, Roy, Louis, Herman “Mac”, Morgan and LeRoy Foret. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

“Foe” worked and retired from Shell Pipeline Corporation for 36 years. He enjoyed his music, dancing, sports and mainly spending time with his family. He volunteered and was a supporter of Fisher High School Athletics for many years with his son.

Age 67, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and a lifelong resident of Lafitte, Louisiana.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home 5101 Westbank Expy. Marrero on Friday, October 28, 2016 at 11:00 am.

Visitation on Thursday, October 27, 2016 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm and on Friday, from 8:30 amuntil Mass time. Interment following in Hook and Ladder Cemetery, 1050 Lafayette St. Gretna, Louisian. Express condolences at www.westsideleitzeagan.com.
