Christine Lombardo Punch of Waggaman, Louisiana passed away on Wednesday, June 23rd, 2021 at the age of 73. Christine was a life long resident of Waggaman, Louisiana born to the late Peter and Vida Mae "Joyce" Lombardo. She worked as a Para Educator for the Jefferson Parish School System for 33 years. Over the years, she touched the lives of so many young children.
She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Francis Paul Punch. Devoted Mother of Shawn Punch Gervais, Eric P. Punch (Richelle), and Jason E. Punch (Mindy). Grandmother of Amiee Gervais, Lee Gervais, Jr. (Robyn), Lindsey Chaisson (Josh), Eric J. Punch (Becky), and Jason E. Punch Jr. Great grandmother of Amaya Gervais, Lee Gervais III, Rilynn Gervais, Jurnee Lewis, Willow Punch, and one Baby Gervais to be expected. Christine is also survived by many other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
Christine's family wishes to thank the staff of Louisiana Hospice and Palliative Care for their care and compassion during this difficult time.
