Danny Joseph Bernard, 67, a native of Marrero, LA, entered the Kingdom of Heaven on Monday, June 8, 2020 at 8:18 a.m. Mr. Bernard was born on January 15, 1953 in New Orleans, LA. Survived by his son, Christopher Paul Bernard (Jennifer), his companion of 20+ years Shelia Pilipovich, sisters Sandra Bernard Breaux, Wanda Bernard Bourgeois (Rou), Julie Bernard and brother Randy Bernard. Also survived by his grandchildren Leyton Hock Bernard, Christopher Bernard, Brandon Bernard, Alex Bernard, great-grandchildren Kaylee Mae Blanchard and Waylon Paul Bernard, and a host of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. His daughter Angela Francis Bernard, mother Lilly Mae Bernard and father Morris Joseph Bernard preceded Mr. Bernard in death. Mr. Bernard was a long time employee of Marque’s Leasing & Repair.
