Diane Lindsley

Diane “Dee” Lindsley passed away on Friday, August 23,2013. She was the beloved and devoted wife for 44 years of the late Robert “Bobby” Lindsley, who passed away in September, 2012. Diane was the sister of Peggy Maronge and Gregory Schloesser. She was the daughter of the late Alvin and Mary Schloesser. She is survived by a host of other relatives and friends.

Diane was a fighter, having survived cancer four times. Through all of her medical issues and life’s trials, she retained a strong faith and love for God. She loved cooking hosting events at her home for family and friends. Diane truly loved the city of New Orleans and always treasured the fond memories of friends and the fun times she had growing up in the Carrolton neighborhood.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at Matre Dolorosa Catholic Church, 8128 Plum Street, New Orleans in Carrollton Area on August 29, 2013 at 1:00 pm.
