Donald John Jeansonne Sr. beloved and loving husband to Kathleen (Kathy) Jeansonne for 50 years passed away September 15, 2012 at age 68. He is preceded in death by his parents Lawrence and Edna Jeansonne and Sister Juliette Jeansonne. Loving father to Donald Jeansonne Jr (Mary), and Glen Jeansonne (Ashley) and loving Paw Paw to Donald III, Kyle, Michelle and Jonathan. Loving brother to Loretta Mooney, Mary Jeansonne (Sherrie) Sharon Nemeth (Danny) and Lawrence Jeansonne (Beverly). Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews and his beloved dog Henry.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services from Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home Chapel, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, on Friday morning, September 21, 2012, at 11:00. Visitation will begin at 9:00. Inurnment to follow in Lakelawn Park Mausoleum.
