Earl Defiore passed away on Wednesday, August 03, 2011 at the age of 75. He was the beloved husband of Gloria Ordoyne Defiore for 53 years. He was the son of the late Nicholas Defiore of Lake Charles and Bertha Howell Defiore of Arkansas. He was the brother of Louise Kranbuhl, Nicholas Defiore (Betty), Jack Defiore, Jacqueline Sampey (Nelson), the late Marie Defiore Ball, Claudine White, Gilbert Defiore, and Paul Defiore. He was the father of Carmen Defiore (Ronald White), Anthony “Tony” Defiore (Sheryl), and Debbie Desselle. He was the grandfather of Louis McKinion, Lance Defiore, Tony Defiore, Cody Desselle, and the late Eric McKinion as well as the great grandfather of Devin Defiore, Lance Defiore, Jr., Arleigh McKinion, and Arlin McKinion. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was a lifelong resident of Crown Point.
