Eleanor Grammer Carroll passed away on Monday, November 5, 2012 at the age of 74 after a brief battle with cancer. She was the devoted mother of Claudia Hernandez. Sissy is also survived by loving friends and family. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Richard William Carroll and parents, John and Ina Lee Grammer. Eleanor was co-owner of Jones and Carroll Shipping, LLC for the last several years. She was in the freight forwarding industry for many years in the New Orleans area. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Services on Monday, November 12, 2012 at WESTSIDE/LEITZ-EAGAN FUNERAL HOME, 5101 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY, MARRERO, LA.
