Elroy Robert Alfortish passed away on June 14, 2023 at the age of 94. He was born on July 7, 1928 to the late Edward and Myrtle Alfortish. Loving husband of the late Elizabeth Alfortish. Father of Kathleen Gloeckner, Rosanne Stubbs (Billy), Edward Alfortish (Adele), Byron Alfortish, Barry Alfortish (Antionette) and Reuben Alfortish. Proud grandfather of Julie and Robert Gloeckner, Stacy Stubbs, Blaire Alfortish, Taryn Carpenter, Mallory Baize, Heather Alfortish, Celina and Gabriella Garrett, Byron Alfortish, Jr. and Dalton Alfortish and great-grandfather of 10. Brother of the late Herbert, Lucille, Dorothy, Marion, Daniel and Henry. Elroy was also survived by his furbabies, Lucy, Stewie and Buddy as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
While Elroy ran several successful businesses throughout his life, his biggest joy, love and success was his family. He was the true example of an unconditionally loving father.
The family would like to thank Serenity Hospice for their impeccable care of Elroy.
