Glenn Margaret Rau Jenniskens

Our beloved mother, Glenn Margaret Rau Jenniskens, a lifelong resident of Marrero, Louisiana passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at St. Margaret's Hospice in New Orleans, Louisiana at the age of 90. Glenn Margaret was born on August 27, 1934 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Beloved wife of the late John (Sonny) Charles Jenniskens, Sr. She is the loving mother is Johnny (Karen), Steve (Tami), Mary, Thomas (Cami), Martha Maquar (Craig) and Margaret Michel (the late Larry). She is the beloved sister of Patricia R. Sokol and the late Gail R. Lutz, Donald P. Rau and William Rau, Jr. She is the "Me Mere" of 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Glenn Margaret is preceded in death by her parents William A. Rau and Florestine P. Rau.

The family would like to thank the staff of St. Margaret's at Mercy in New Orleans, Louisiana for the excellent care that was provided to our mother.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to a memorial service held on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at Immaculate Conception Church, 4401 7th Street, Marrero, Louisiana. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A mass will begin at 12:00 PM.
