Howard Joseph "Howie" Lambert, Jr. passed away on August 14, 2023 at the age of 64. He was born on April 9, 1959 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Howard Joseph Lambert, Sr. and Shirley Mae Lambert. Loving brother of Marie Lambert Sylvester (Thomas) and Raymond Lambert and the late Mark Lambert.
Howie enjoyed working in his vegetable garden and caring for his mother's flowers. He also enjoyed watching Saints and LSU football. Howie was loved and will be dearly missed.
A private memorial service and burial will be held at a later date.
