Kathleen “Kathy” Marie Lecompte Rodrigue passed away at the age of 67 on Wednesday, December 23, 2020. She was the beloved wife of Russell Joseph Rodrigue for almost 49 years. Loving mother of Troy J. Rodrigue, Darrell J. Rodrigue (Amy) and Stacey R. Collette (Robbie). A proud grandmother of 8 grandchildren: Taylor, Harley, Layla, Skyler, Courtland, Savannah, Braydan and Eastan. Daughter of the late Cecile Foret Lecompte and Melvin Peter Lecompte. Sister of Regina L. Sandifer, Phillip Lecompte, Gary Lecompte, Joseph Lecompte and David Lecompte. Also survived by her boy’s Pee-Wee, Bully and Miley, her fur babies as well as numerous loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
“Kathy” worked at the West Jefferson Imaging Center for over 30 years. She also enjoyed camping, cooking, gardening, care for her fur babies but mostly spending time with her family and friends.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service at Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expy., Marrero, LA on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 5:00 pm with visitation beginning at 1:00 pm. The interment will be private at a later date.
