Beloved and devoted wife of the late Vinent Baldassaro, Sr. and a loving mother of Vincent Baldassaro, Jr., Joey Baldassaro, Sharon Baldassaro Martin, Tricia Baldassaro and Danny Baldassaro.

Daughter of the late Josephine Colletti Gilmore and Alon Gilmore. Sister of Sue Parks, Theresa Mauro and the late MaryLou Arabie and the late Beverly Weston.

Cherished and proud grandmother to Angela, Chris, Michelle, Holly, Stacy, Tiffany, Leslie, Allie, Spencer and the late Parrish Baldassaro. Great grandmother to Lexi, Alyssa, Parrish Jr., Tori, Ricki and Kennedy.

A native of Marrero, LA and a lifelong resident. “Dena” lived a full and exemplary life, whose calling in life was as a homemaker, loving wife, doting mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. Her memory will be cherished by all those whose lives she touched.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway.
