Morris “Mo” Donald Cavaliere, Sr. passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at the age 66. He was the beloved husband of Vanessa Dufrene Cavaliere. He was the father of Jennifer Cavaliere Ledet (Jason), as well as the late Morris “Lil’ Mo” Cavaliere, Jr. and Tiffany Marie Cavaliere. Pawpaw Mo of James, Little Lee, Mikie, Tyler, Ashlyn, Jade, and T-Jay. Brother of Sandra Herren, Philip Orgeron, and Alvin Cavaliere. Brother in law of John and Tina Dufrene and Mike Trauth. He was a US Marine who served in Vietnam, and retired from both the New Orleans Police Department and the St. Charles Sheriff’s Office.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, June 16, 2014 at 1:00 PM at St. John The Baptist Catholic Church in Paradis. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM. Interment will be private. Express condolences at www.westsideleitzeagan.com.
