Pearl Eve Guillot

Pearl Eve Guillot passed away on January 19, 2026 at the age of 91. She was born in New Orleans Louisiana to the late Joseph and Inez Guidroz. She was the devoted wife of Sheldon "Bobby" Guillot. Loving mother of Cheryl T. Guillot, Ronald J. Guillot, Paula G. Snell, Kevin J. Guillot (Melissa) and the late Karen A Sosa (Jose) and Donald J. Guillot. Proud grandmother of Tony Venezia, Shentell Guillot, Donna Guillot, Donald Guillot, Jr., Nicole Crosby, Dareth Guillot, Darian McMurry, Addison Guillot and the late Kelly Venezia and great-grandmother of 16 and great-great grandmother of 1. Sister of the late Priscilla Orgeron, Raymond Guidroz and Wade Guidroz. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Pearl married the love of her life nearly 73 years ago, beginning a partnership filled with joy, devotion, and a shared love of dancing. Together, they won many dance contests and created countless cherished memories. Pearl and her husband were proud lifetime members of the Westwego Civics Association, deeply committed to their community. She dedicated 38 years of service to the Jefferson Parish School System, touching many lives along the way. Above all, Pearl was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and an awesome grandmother who will be remembered for her love, strength, and kindness.

Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation for Pearl on Friday, January 23, 2026 beginning at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church, 146 4th St in Westwego. Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 AM and burial will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, family asks that masses be said in Pearl's memory.
