He was the son of the late Earl and Lillian Scioneaux Sr.; brother of Pamela Tapie, Earl Scioneaux Jr., and the late Deborah Neff; and uncle of Christopher Tapie, Corie Tapie, Shelby Neff, and Sara Scioneaux. He is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.
He was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. He graduated from West Jefferson High School. His passions included cooking, the Saints, and his canine companions. He enjoyed spending time with his family. He was Food and Beverage Manager at the Grill Room at Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans.
A Memorial Visitation will be held in the Parlor of Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, on Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. A private interment of his cremated remains will be held at Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
