Ray was the husband of Tanya LeBlanc. He was the father of Ray C. “Trey” LeBlanc III and Drew LeBlanc. He was the son of Ray and Shirley LeBlanc. Ray was the brother of Lisa Ettel, Denise LeBlanc, Rachel Jordan, and the late Kelly LeBlanc. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service is being held.
