Sandra Lea Tinney Phillips passed away on August 23, 2023 at the age of 87. She was born on December 29, 1935 in Bristol Virginia to the late Wilfred "Bill" and Bernice "Bunny" Tinney. Wife of the late Edward F Phillips, Jr. Loving mother of Edward F. Phillips, III and the late Lori Phillips Hymel (LeDain). Sandra is also survived by her devoted friend and companion, Rodney Treadaway, loving friends Jan Treadaway, Dot Hamlin and Jovanna Lawrence and furbaby Baxter. Sandra was loved and will be dearly missed.
Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 beginning at 9:00 AM at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 234 Angus Dr, in Luling. Funeral mass will begin at 11:00 AM and interment will follow at St. Charles Cemetery in Luling.
