Sandra Macaluso Pitts passed away on Monday, May 9, 2011 at the age of 64. She is survived by her son, Shawn Lecompte; her daughter-in-law, Sophia Lecompte; her grandchildren, Shawn and Lauren Lecompte; a special cousin, Kathleen Mahoney; nieces and nephews, John, Kim, Lisa, and Pam, and cherished friends, Julie and Richard Illg. She was predeceased by her parents, John and Helen Macaluso; her husband, Luther Pitts, Jr.; and a brother, John Joseph Macaluso, II. She is also survived by a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.
A Memorial Mass will be held in the Chapel of Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, on Wednesday, May 18, at 2011 at 9:00 AM. Inunrment will be in McDonoghville Cemetery. Express condolences at www.westsideleitzeagan.com.
