Shelly Mae Wertz passed away on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at the age of 74. She was the beloved wife of the late Norman Waters, Charles Menne, and Thomas Wertz. Daughter of the late Alfred David Knotts and Venery Mae Hilton Knotts. Mother of Frank Sanford, Randy Gomillion, Wayne Gomillion, Norman Waters Jr., Billy Waters, and Bobby Waters. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
She was a dedicated homemaker, for whom family was of utmost importance. She did enjoy her Bingo. She was born in South Carolina, but spent the majority of her life on the Westbank.
