Stella Veronica Pittman went to her heavenly home on Thursday, February 9, 2023 at the age of 74. She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on September 28, 1948 to the late Lloyd and Hilda Costella Pittman. Stella is survived by her niece, Angela Damico (Rickey), Emily Pittman Clements (Johnny) and Elaine Pittman; nephew/godchild, Wayne Pittman (Tammy). She is also survived by a multitude of friends and adopted family. Stella was preceded in death by her brother, Lloyd Pittman (the late Loretta).
Stella faithfully attended Hosanna Church on Barataria Blvd. and White Dove Fellowship on Manhattan Blvd. She had a very sparkly personality and loved to have fun. She loved gardening, all animals but especially dogs, shopping and getting all dressed up but most of all she loved gathering and celebrations with her loved ones.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to all of Stella's neighbors and church family that have been such a huge blessing during this time.
Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Monday, February 27th, 2023 at 6:00pm at Hosanna Church, 2215 Barataria Boulevard in Marrero, Louisiana.
