Devoted husband of the late Jane Trosclair Tobin of 9 years.
Loving father of Erin M. Tobin and Kevin P. Tobin. Son of the late Norma Bernard Tobin and William A. Tobin, Sr. Brother of Danny R. Tobin and preceded in death his sister, Debra A. Tobin.
“Billy” was also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and his companion “Nola”

Age 69, a native of New Orleans, LA and a lifelong resident of Marrero.
He was a parishioner of Visitation of Our Lady Catholic Church in Marrero.
“Billy” served his country in the United States Air Force and retired from Monsanto after 25 years of service.
