
Mr. Fann was a loving husband, father, brother and friend to many. Mr. Fann served in the United States Army and worked 21 Years U.S Army Law Enforcement and also 20 Years Civil Service Government Law Enforcement. While in the military, he earned the Vietnam Cross of Gallantry with Palm, Meritorious Unit Commendations, Presidential Unit Commendation, 2 O/S Bars, Army Occupation Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal (3 Campaigns), Vietnam Campaign Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Army Commendation Medal (4th OLC) and the Army Service Ribbon. In his spare time he enjoyed, Hunting, Fishing, Bowling, Coin Collecting, coaching boys and girls baseball and softball and Watching Sports. His wife, Domitila felt Mr. Fann was a Gift from God.
Mr. Fann is preceded in death by his parents, George and Kathy Fann; and brother, Bobby Fann. Mr. Fann is survived by his loving wife, Domitila Fann; son, Jeffrey Fann; daughter-in-law, Summer Fann; brothers, Donnie Fann, Ben Fann, George Fann and Charles Fann; sister, Edith Fann; and multiple nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.
The family will have a graveside memorial service at 2pm on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Bellevue Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Veteran’s site, dav.org.
