Mr. McDonald was a graduate of Academy of Richmond County. He was a kind, gentle man always eager to lend assistance to his friends. Lovelace and his brother owned and operated McDonald Brothers Builders for many years in the Augusta area. He will be deeply missed.
Lovelace is survived by his loving wife, Audrey B. McDonald; stepchildren, Clevette, Jerry and Carol; grandson, Vincent Intinarelli; two brothers, Ray B. McDonald and Carlton E. McDonald; and his two faithful four-legged companions. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Alice McDonald; and two sisters.
The family will receive friends from 10 – 11 AM Saturday, June 22, 2013 in the Mausoleum Chapel of Bellevue Memorial Gardens.
Graveside services will follow at 11 AM, Saturday at Bellevue Memorial Gardens.
