Howard Chupp entered into rest August 6, 2014 at home surrounded by his family and Regency Hospice. Born October 12, 1920 in Fredericksburg, Ohio. Lived and married in Bativia, NY, moved to Florida 1959 then Georgia 2010. Preceded in death by his wife Eloise Esther Smith Chupp, children Shirley Ryan, Paul Chupp, Butch Chupp. Survivors include children: Peggy Hammond, Patricia (Billy) Haddock, Barbara (Jack) Digulla, Gary (Carol) Chupp, numerous grand and great grandchildren. He was a kind, loving, giving, sensitive father. He always knew he had Frank Sinatra beat when it came to his blue eyes. Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 10, 2014, from 3 to 5 p.m. in the Elliott Sons Funeral Home Columbia Rd.
