Miss Carr was born in Fort Walton Beach, FL. She moved to Augusta, GA and graduated from Greenbriar High School. She worked for the Columbia County Board of Education and McDonalds. In her spare time, she enjoyed fishing, playing games, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
Miss Carr is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Lea Reynolds. Survivors include her husband, Darrel Cullars; parents, Becky and Bob Carr; siblings, Joshua Carr and Bridget Biggam (Russell); nieces and nephews, Cameron Carr, Josepg Stoume, Peton Biggam and Rylee Biggam.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 3, 2020 at 3pm at the Columbia Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home.
Due to COVID-19, the funeral home will be following all CDC guidelines.
