Mrs. Ragan worked as a Court Clerk for 30 years in St. Louis County, MO municipalities. She held offices of Treasurer and President of the St. Louis Chapter of the National Court Clerks Association and held offices in the American Business Women's Association. As well as running her own company, Office Assistance Unlimited, she did charity work for and held an office with the Heartland Chapter of the Lupus Foundation of America in St. Louis. Mrs. Ragan's love for baking and her lifetime of playing piano were only outshined by the unlimited kindness of her heart.
Mrs. Ragan is preceded in death by her first husband of 40 years, John Ragan; daughter, Roxanne Bunt; and son, John Ragan. She is survived by her loving spouse of 25 years, Elton McManus; sons, Steve Ragan (April), Don Ragan (Sherryann) and Sean Ragan, sister, Janet Clark (Paul); as well as 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 11am at the Columbia Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home. The family will receive friends starting at 10am. Interment will follow at Burke Memorial Gardens in Waynesboro, GA.
