Jonah Gabriel Alva

Jonah was a 2015 graduate of Grovetown High School. He served in the United States Marine Corp in 2016. Jonah currently was working for Salazar Construction.

Jonah is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Harry O. Alva. Survivors include his parents, Jamie and Armando Alva; sisters, Haley Stencel, Emily Thomas and Hannah Alva; maternal grandmother, Barbara Paglia; maternal grandfather, James Conway; paternal grandmother, Linda Alva; and maternal grandmother, Renee Conway.

Funeral services will be held at 2pm, Friday, April 7, 2017 at the Columbia Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home with Rev. James Dickey officiating. The family will receive friends from 1pm until the hour of service on Friday, April 7, 2017. Interment will follow at The Shepherd’s Church Cemetery, 1544 Cobbham Rd. Appling, GA 30802.

Pallbearers who will honor Jonah are, Daniel Burk, Austin Salazor, Johnathan Miskelly, Corbin Wilmoth, Crisitan Marin, Gianni Marconi, Cole Morris, Ross Roberts, Maddox Burdeshaw, Austin Burke, Logan Wood, Grayson Wood, Travis Salazar and Kyle Salazar.
