Karen was a loving, mother, sister, nana and friend. She retired from Avondale Mills after several years of dedicated service. Karen was preceded in death by her parents; Wallace “Nick” Horne and Yvonne “Rosa” Silvey and sister, Judy Dudley.
Left to cherish her memories are her daughters; Angela (Darian) Stewart, Michelle (Eric) Ligon; brother, Tommy Archer; sister, Deborah Beasley; grandchildren, Victoria, Caitlin, Lauren and Haley Stewart, Thomas and Victoria Davis; great-grandchild Wyatt Portwood and many other family and friends.
The family will be receiving friends 6 PM – 8 PM Thursday, May 19, 2016 at the Columbia Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11 AM Friday at Elliott Sons Chapel; Pastor Steven Adams will be officiating
