

Mr. Weinstein was born to the late Joseph and Vera Weinstein. He was a faithful member of Adas Yeshurun Synagogue. He worked as a Project Control Engineer for Various Contractors across the United States of America. In his spare time, he enjoyed the Amateur Radio.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Weinstein is preceded in death by his sister, Phyllis Chepovsky. Survivors include his loving wife of 32 years, Phyllis Weinstein; children, Joshua Weinstein (Linnapat Thanawong) and Jason Weinstein (Devon); step-children, Julia Heyman (Scott) and Gordon Farr; Joshua and Jason’s mother, Phyllis D’Amore; grandchildren, Valerie Moto-Weinstein (Jacob Schwartz), Kris Weinstein, Savannah Weinstein, Jason Weinstein Jr., and Madison Heyman.
A graveside service will be held at 10am at Westover Memorial Park with Rabbi Sirull officiating. The family would like to extend their thanks and appreciation to Mr. Weinstein’s caregivers, Joyce Moog, Sachkio Neal, Stacy Willis and Decola Visiticion. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Adas Yeshurun Synagogue of Augusta, GA or The Amateur Radio Club of Augusta in memory of Mr. Weinstein.
