Mr. Douda served his country faithfully in the United States Navy during World War II. After his time in the military, he worked diligently at Perkin Elmer and retired as Purchasing Agent after 35 years.
Mr. Douda was preceded in death by his wife Catherine and son Bill. Left to cherish his memories is his loving daughter, Kitty Berry; daughter-in-law, Mila Douda and a very special friend, Sallie Usry.
The family will be receiving friends 5 PM until 7 PM Thursday November 3, 2016 at the Columbia Road chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be 11 AM Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
