Born on November 13, 1958, to the late Raymond and Barbara Lathrop in Denver, Colorado.
Cynthia proudly served in the United States Army. He had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and the arts, and especially enjoyed hiking, sewing, and drawing in his free time.
He is survived by his beloved daughters: Crystal Patterson and her husband John, Jaral Shalling and her husband John, Anna Cuellar and her husband Billy; 7 grandkids, and 1 great grandson; Brother Kevin Lathrop and his wife Mary.
