Born on August 12, 1970, in Charles Town, she was the daughter of the late Donald James Morningstar, Patricia Whetzel and stepfather Garland Whetzel.
She enjoyed spending time outdoors, including fishing and family trips to Ocean City.
Diana is survived by her sister, Sandra Hollingsworth and husband Eddie, niece Tabitha Gilham, great-niece, Arianna Harris, great-nephew Colten Gilham, her lifelong partner Timmy Haynes, along with her beloved dogs Oscar and Louie.
A graveside service will be held at Rosedale Cemetery, Monday August 26, 2024, at 11:00 AM.
