John was born on January 13, 1942 in Pasadena, CA and was raised by his forever parents Kenneth and Agnes “Kurt” Campbell in Vancouver, B.C.
John was a kind and patriotic man that loved to help anyone in need and he never knew a stranger. He enjoyed jokes, plants, birds and spending time doing leather craft.
He is survived by his daughter Sabrina Clattenburg and husband Scott; Scott and Natalie Clattenburg and family; Heather and Vik Steins and family and Matthew Clattenburg; siblings: Lynda Campbell, Leslie Hall and husband Brian, and Murray Campbell and wife Leslie.
In addition to his forever parents John is preceded in death by his birth mother and father, Dorothy Campbell and James Leon MacCartney.
A Memorial Service will be held at Rosedale Funeral Home on June 19, 2021 from 11 am-1 pm.
